The extended torpedo offers a very fast sink rate to the bottom, and the difference compared to other jig heads is really noticeable. However, thanks to its length, this jig head can be adjusted to different situations. For example, you can cut it at different angles to make the lure turn slightly to the side. This will come in handy when casting longer distances over obstacles that you need to circle with your lure. Or when there are several people fishing on the boat and you need your lure to move further away from other crew members. It will also come in handy in places where you need to speed up the sink rate of the lure. At larger depths, or on windier days when your boat drifts faster and you need to significantly speed up the sink rate of the lure. Those over 60 grams are fitted with ultra-strong and larger hooks, which is why there is a price difference.
